Timpano Italian Chophouse in Fort Lauderdale has introduced a three-course prix fixe dinner menu good through Labor Day.
I love Timpano because it reminds me of the kind of old-fashioned American steak places my parents took me to as a kid. They were my first grown up restaurants.
Timpano’s menu looks like this:
First Course: Choice of Summer Tomato Mozzarella Salad, Caesar Salad or White Bean Soup
Second Course: Choice of Pan Seared Alaskan Halibut, Jumbo Sea Scallops & Lobster Ravioli, Steak Frites or Surf & Turf
Third Course: Timpano’s tasting duo
Timpano is at 450 Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, 954-462-9119. But the special is good at all Timpano locations including Orlando and Tampa.
