Why are you running for this office and what specifically makes you a better candidate than your opponent(s)?
I am running because I would like to continue the work that I have done for the past 14 years in delivering quality service to the residents of the cities that I have represented. The diversity of the bills that I have delivered in service speak for themselves. I believe that my experiences both professional and legislative make me a better candidate to continue representing District 98.

Did Joe Biden legitimately win the 2020 presidential election, and why?
Absolutely. He won because he won the most state accumulating the most electoral college votes
Should state legislatures be able to choose their own slates of electors, absent evidence of fraud, and why?
Absolutely not. We have a designed federal system that engages the states but with the determination of the electors being dependent on who won the majority of votes in the state. If its not broken why try to fix it.
Should state abortion laws include exceptions for rape, incest or human trafficking, and why?
That’s a bad law, a woman should have the right to choose. This bill/bill sponsor should have accepted amendments to change or made changes to include exceptions for rape, incest and/or human trafficking. (This bill should have never been put forth)
Do you support or oppose a proposed “open carry” or “constitutional carry” law for Florida and why?
I do not support open carry because there are too many guns on the streets, and it is difficult to control the legislative dynamics around gun control why create an environment over which there will be even less ability to keep people safe. we have our law enforcement officers to protect and serve us as citizens
What additional measures do you support to address Florida’s property insurance crisis?
There should be a cap per 100,000 of what an insurance company could charge.

Do you favor reverting Florida Judicial Nominating Commissions to their original configuration in which a governor appointed three members rather than all nine, and why?
I support the governor being able to appoint three not the nine, maybe out of the nine a least one may see things a little different.
Do you support or oppose the appointment of Dr. Joseph Ladapo as Florida surgeon general and why?
I oppose the appointment of Dr. Joseph Ladapo. I believe that his appointment was politically motivated. When spreading medical misinformation, as a society, we believe the words of doctors, which some case could possibly have put people lives in danger.

I am a supporter of Patricia Hawkins-Williams. Both candidates in the governor race have good qualities that would benefit the State of Florida as our Governor.
